Rental Policies

• Pick-up is between 9:00 and 11:00 am, and drop-off is between 4:00 - 6:00 pm (this is different than last season). If you require a different time please contact us via text/call/email.

• Each paddler must sign a waiver. Any person under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian sign the waiver.

• Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Substances that impair your judgment are not permitted at any time while using the equipment.

• Life jackets or PFD’s must be worn at all times while on the water (these are included with each rental).

• Dogs/pets are not permitted on any of the equipment. This will incur a minimum $50 charge.

• A cleaning fee will be applied if returned equipment is excessively dirty.

• Rentals must be returned to the trailer by closing time on the final day of rental. Rentals returned late or the next morning will incur an additional fee.

• We require credit card information for every rental that goes out. The credit card would only be charged in the event that our rental is lost or damaged, or you have not shown up for the booking.

• If equipment is pre-booked on the website and you do not arrive within 1 hour of your pick-up time (without letting us know) you will be charged the daily rental fee for your equipment regardless of whether you pick it up or not.
